PhotoCentre Mobile App
You will need to download our Mobile Application available for Apple iOS and Android devices to access the site via mobile or tablet.
Once you've download the Harvey Norman PhotoCentre App, placing an order is super easy with 3 different options - Print From Home, Print In Store, or Transfer Pictures to Kiosk.
Print From Home
The 'Print from Home' section of the app allows you to complete your order from the comfort of your home. You can choose to either pick up your order in store (for FREE) or to deliver your order back to your home in up to approximately 10 business days.
'Print from Home' is available for Digital Prints, Posters, Canvas Prints, Wall Decor, Photo Books, My Home, My Kids, and Photo Gift product categories. All our great offers on these products are available through the Mobile Application. If you would like to order other products, you will need to access our site via a Computer or in-store kiosk.
Print in Store
'Print in Store' acts like a virtual kiosk allowing you to place your order in-store directly from your smartphone. Great for when all the kiosks are busy or when you're on the go - you can start your order from home or on your commute and finalise when you come into store!
'Print in Store' is available for products produced in-store, which includes a range of selected Digital Prints, Photobooks, Photo Gifts, Posters and Canvas prints. Please note, product range may from store to store.
1. Open the app and choose ‘Print In Store’
2. Select your nearest fulfilment store from the list, or search all stores.
3. Choose your desired product and follow the steps through to 'Check Out'
4. Visit your chosen store and ensure you are connected to the ‘Transpix’ network in your phone's wifi settings.
5. When you order has been transferred to the PhotoCentre, a message will appear on your application with the order number. Show your order confirmation screen to the friendly staff at the PhotoCentre counter for payment and processing.
Transfer Pictures to Kiosk
Wirelessly send images from your device to the kiosk in store.
- On the Kiosk in store, once you have chosen your service, select the option ‘From your device’, on the ‘Choose Media Screen’
- Next choose 'Wireless Picture Transfer
- Ensure your device is connected to the stores Transpix WiFi Network.
- Open the app and choose 'Transfer Pictures to Kiosk'
- Enter the code displayed on the kiosk into the text-box in the app.
- Follow the remaining on screen instructions to select your images and send them across to the kiosk
*Please note, transfer from Social Media / Online Accounts may not be available across all kiosks and platforms. Please contact your nearest store for further details.
